Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a talented and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team at Spring Health ABA Center. As a pivotal member of our clinical team, the BCBA will oversee the development and implementation of behavior intervention plans, provide clinical supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and collaborate closely with clients and their families to promote positive outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, including functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill assessments, to inform treatment planning.
  • Develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on assessment findings and evidence-based practices.
  • Provide ongoing clinical supervision and support to RBTs and other team members, ensuring fidelity to treatment protocols and best practices.
  • Analyze data and progress reports to monitor client outcomes and make data-driven decisions regarding treatment adjustments.
  • Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary team members, including speech therapists, occupational therapists, and educators, to coordinate care and promote holistic support.
  • Maintain compliance with ethical and professional standards set forth by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in applied behavior analysis, psychology, special education, or related field required.
  • Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • Minimum of two years of experience providing ABA therapy services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
  • Strong clinical skills, including assessment, treatment planning, and behavior analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, families, and team members.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with advances in the field of applied behavior analysis.
